Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Some categories such as lingerie, accessories, or final-sale items may not be eligible.

To request an exchange, start a return from your account or contact our customer care team.

Once the item is received and approved, we will process your exchange for the same product in a different size.

If the exchange cannot be completed immediately, you will receive store credit equal to the amount paid.

Pending exchanges can also be cancelled before they are finalized.

Exchanges are valid only for items of equal value and must meet our return conditions.

Orders placed using Buy Now, Pay Later or similar services may not be eligible for exchange.
